We want you to love your curls. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll give you a full refund.

How to request a refund
1. Email us at ghali195047@gmail.com with your order number.
2. Tell us briefly what went wrong (a photo helps if the item arrived damaged).
3. We'll reply within 2 business days and confirm your refund.

In most cases you won't need to send the item back. If we do ask for a return, we'll tell you where to send it before you ship anything.

Damaged, wrong or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Lost packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 30 days or shows the package as lost, contact us and we'll refund you in full or send a replacement.

Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and can take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or PayPal.
